Barbara is a Senior Associate in Eversheds Sutherland, She is a founding member and Chairperson of Eversheds Sutherland Dublin’s internal LGBT+ and ally employee network, Perspective.

Peter Ryan

Peter is a chartered accountant, specializing in forensic accounting. He is former chair of OUTLaw and founded the network with the goal of promoting the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the legal sector.

Stephen Tunstead

Stephen is the first trainee solicitor to sit on Mason Hayes & Curran’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Through that committee, he actively promotes a diverse and inclusive culture within his workplace.

Rebecca Townsend

Rebecca is a solicitor in A&L Goodbody. She is a founding committee member of the Diversity and Inclusion Group and LGBT+ Allies Group in A&L Goodbody.

Tony Ross

Tony is a solicitor in Matheson. He takes an active interest in the areas of diversity, inclusion and wellness with a particular focus on workplace diversity in the legal industry.

Gerard James

Gerard is a Senior Associate in William Fry. His background is in human rights law and he has been actively involved in the development and implementation of the William Fry D&I policy and initiatives.

Maeve Delargy

Maeve is an associate in Arthur Cox. She is the CSR officer for Arthur Cox’s internal network for LGBT+ people and allies and is on the committee of the Lesbian Lawyer’s Network.

Aisling Walls

Aisling is a manager in the Forensic & Integrity Services department within EY. She aims to help promote inclusion of LGBT+ students and professionals.

David McCauley

David McCauley is an Associate at McCann FitzGerald, where he regularly advises in relation to employment equality and equal status law. He is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
