How close is the law to providing legal rights for LGBT+ parents and their children?
OUTLaw is delighted to invite you to “Recognising Rainbow Families”, a collaborative event with LGBT Ireland and the Lesbian Lawyers Network hosted by OneALG, the A&L Goodbody LGBT+ allies network. This event will explore the current legal challenges facing LGBT+ families in Ireland.
The evening will begin with a presentation from Bjorn Sieverding, Vice President of the Network of European LGBTIQ* Families Association (NELFA), who will offer an overview of the current European Landscape. This will be followed by a Q&A Panel discussion on the current and future legal situation in Ireland, featuring:
